So..

Epic fail for the daily blog.  It got to be too much work, and time when one is up at 3:30am, to catch the 4:40 bus, to be at the hill for the 6:00 open.

So. I’ve posted most of my pictures on Facebook. I’m still in the process of getting reunited with some of them, phone is hogging some of them, and I’m getting some emailed as well..

The Olympics. I would have never asked for a better time. I was surrounded by the best people, and had an amazing time. I couldn’t have asked for anything better, and I would have never traded it for anything in the world. When all is said and done, coming back, and immediately writing 5 exams (with less than 24 hrs notice) and overcoming some challenges with school.. and work.. the fire in the building (dryer caught on fire the day before I came back.. joy!) ..  I just keep thinking of the smiles on everyone’s faces, the good times at the Shady in Squamish, and GLC in Whistler.. the amazing food (lettuce wraps ftw) and meeting new family.. keeps pushing me to just finish school.. and hopefully get back out there sooner than later. . .

I’m hopefully going to be moving out there. Thinking of staying with some friends for a couple days while I’m out there, look for an apartment, find a job, visit with my awesome cousin and his family.. and take in what was left to be discovered about coastal bc. I regret that I wasn’t able to make it to the island to see my uncle and aunt. It would have been wonderful to see them as well. There were just no days off to make it feasible

What else can I say. Gina.. i miss her like a fat kid misses cake.<3

FYI.. i listened to 16 hours of country music on the drive home. Told you i’d do it! Sirius 60, the highway. Thought it was aptly titled for my driving needs.

Anyways… I’ll reminisce all day, and have at least one paper to do…

I had an amazing time. I fell in love with the geography… and life style of the community.. the laid back… country living that you just don’t get here.. the outdoors… the activities.. its.. me!

I’m typing in random thoughts… no real direction..
